BBQ Bacon Meatballs

2 yellow onions

1 lb. ground beef

1/4 cup onions, diced

1/4 cup parsley, chopped

1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped

1 tbsp. brown sugar
-
1 tbsp. spicy ketchup

1 tsp. soy sauce
-
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup oatmeal or bread crumbs
-
1 pack of bacon
-
1 bottle of BBQ sauce
Directions:

Cut the onions in half and keep the larger pieces to use as a cup around the meatballs.

Mix the rest of the ingredients. Then make about 2-inch size meatballs and place in 2 half peels of the onion, them wrap with bacon.

Back in a dish at 425*F for 40 minutes. Cover the meatballs in BBQ sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Or you can grill at 350*F for 30 minutes or so. Then add BBQ sauce and grill until done.
